All sugar grown in America can trace its roots to a small gesture of love.

In 1492, a woman named Beatriz gave a very special gift to her beloved Cristoforo Colombo: three sugar cane cuttings which became the very first to reach the New World.

Soon after, pure raw sugar began to emerge across the Americas.

We, the families behind Circa, bring you

an unrefined, and unaltered sugar with the same natural blonde coloring

that these cuttings first yielded centuries ago.

May the taste of our natural blonde sugar imbue within you

the same passion, love, and zest for life

that inspired the grand gesture of this noble lady.
